installed. The installation is somewhat confusing, but basically the long end of the a arm shaft should be towards the bracket along the fender well. This prevents injuring the lock collar on that side by rubbing against the bracket. The long end of the "arms" is towards the front (or outside of the car), as in my figure above. If you have problems with the a arms hitting the springs, they can be reversed inside-out, but Charles does not recommend that unless you have problems. My installation above is correct.
